Awesome service. We had a small communication issue when they first started. I was a little disappointing but I have been with them now for over 6 months and love them. The service is excellent. The last company I was dealing with had nothing but reliability issues. These guys were on time for their estimate and service. Out of the 4 or 5 landscaping company's I have dealt with in the past 10 years this one exceeds them all.

I have had a LOT of work done by Quality Landscaping and have been pleased by every bit of it. Always prompt service. I like the fact that I can reach them by phone at almost anytime day or night. If I can't I always seem to get a return phone call within the hour.
They definitely take pride in what they do and it shows in the way they present their company. As some one else mentioned it's nice to know every once in a while they follow up with you to make sure everything is going ok.

Excellent customer service and job quality. I called Quality Landscaping out to my property to give me an estimate for weed control and general property maintenance (pine straw replacement,grass cutting,shrub trimming ect). They showed up on time for the estimate and gave me a good price. I was having trouble with the last two company's weed control program being effective. I have been on their schedule for about 6-7 months now and have had wonderful results with everything they do. Much better than the last places I have dealt with. The customer service like I mentioned has been excellent. I would never have thought that they would go the extra mile and call and follow up with me regarding quality and just to see if I have any questions. The last time I had a question about scheduling I called and it must have been around 7 or 8 at night. I'm assuming they had a forwarding service to a managers cell phone or maybe they we at the office late. But they actually answered my after hours call and was able to assist me with everything I needed. I don't know what more I could ask for. Thanks guys!
I have been a customer since the beginning and have nothing but positive comments regarding the service they provide. Personable, dependable & caring are all adjectives that describe this company. I would gladly refer anyone to them, their pricing is competitive and fair, but most importantly is the fact that if they tell you something will be done on a by a specific date, it is so.

They follow up regarding any service they do on my property quite often. Which is nice because if there are any small issues it can be relayed to them.
They do awesome work. Quality is definitely important to them. While there prices are competitive, you can always find someone to do the work cheaper. There prices were SLIGHTLY higher than the other estimates we were provided with. This company we mainly chose because they were licensed and insured. That was important to us because the last service provider we used damaged a window on our property and skipped town (Or no longer would answer his phone or return any calls). So we ended up having to pay out of pocket for the damage.
They are professional with everything. How they answer the phone, How they act and talk while giving you an estimate and when they come out and do the work.
I have been dealing with them for over two years with big and small jobs! You guys are awesome and would recommend you to anyone seeking a reliable and professional service company.

I switched to Quality Landscaping after trying tru green and weedman. Their customer service was not all that to put it nicely. After calling Quality Landscaping my yard was weed free in about 2 weeks. These people know what they are doing.

I had Quality Landscaping Come out and do a landscape design and install on a commercial property that I own in Macon GA. I was thrilled with the results. They have outstanding customer service. Especially for a landscaping company. I had some areas that I wanted redesigned that contained mulch and pinestraw and they had no problem re doing that for me at no charge. I called three other landscaping company's and while one did not even show up the other two gave me some decent prices. Quality Landscaping price was SLIGHTLY higher but I believe that you get what you pay for. I did not feel comfortable in using the other two company's because they deem not seem very professional to me. Again I appreciate the awesome job. Thanks again!

Very Happy!! I had Quality Landscaping come out do treat my lawn for weeds after trying two other ''BIG NAME'' companys out there. I did not have very good results over the years with them and decided it was time for a change. I'm glad I made that move because the problem is solved. While their prices were a little bit higher per application it was well worth it. You get what you pay for!
